| What is the guarantee of delivery of products after all installments? |
- Every installment paid will be acknowledged by a receipt of the amount paid which will be sent to the customer via email. The same will be reflected in the order details online in the customer's order history once they sign in on www.candere.com
The receipt will clearly state the details of the order and the delivery date which is your proof of purchase and once the item is delivered, you will get a paper invoice of the same. |
| Why is the delivery after all installments? How is that EMI then? |
| - EMI is easy monthly installments. Credit Card companies or financial institutes mediate and allow the delivery of the product first and recover the balance amount via installments from the customer post that. Hence, they charge interest and high late payment fees . However, due of an RBI mandate, EMI is not available on Credit cards or other financial institutes on purchase of precious jewellery and hence due to lack of security provided by these to customers and merchants, jewellery cannot be delivered first and paid for later. |
